why can a buyer leave negative feedback on a declined return
My account clearly states no returns. When I receive a return REQUEST, I look the buyer over and check out their feedback and normally I will take them with no problem. The last few weeks have been a crazy amount of return requests, and after getting back two used/damaged items, I said no more! So I've declined another two requests and they left negative feedback. Why is this fair? Does this happen to everyone. It just doesn't seem like a fair thing to do to a seller when it clearly says no returns. I don't understand

·1 year agoBuyers are allowed to leave feedback, and are obligated to leave feedback that is relevant not just to the item, but their experience with the seller

Mentor1 year agoIf you decline a return request then the purchase is still live and the buyer can leave any feedback they want. There are very few times when a buyer cannot leave you feedback.
