Why canâ€™t I put my item up for auction? The option is locked on something I am trying to sell. I

I sent out an offer on an item I posted a few weeks ago but none responded. I now want to put it up for auction but the option is locked and it says that I have questions to answer. But I canâ€™t find the question.

What can I do?

Is this an active listing?  If so, end the listing and then relist it, changing the format to auction.  You can't change the format of an active listing.
