Why canâ€™t I contact seller?

Why canâ€™t I message seller when I am signed in? On every seller I have tried to contact, the â€œcontact sellerâ€ tab reroutes me to another page that does not enable messaging.

Go to either a listing page of the seller or go to their feedback profile page and click on "Contact seller".
Next to "Still have questions?" click on "Contact seller"
In the pop up window that appears, start typing your question inside the box where it says "Send message"
Click on the "Send message" button.
