why arent items i've accepted offers on showing in my "awaiting payment" tab?

a customer bought 3 of my items...i'm trying to send a customized invoice for the third (the one i accepted their offer on) yet I don't see the option anywhere

Buyers have 4 days to pay on accepted offers. Until they pay, the item is available to anyone. Best Offers are for the item price only. You cannot change the shipping on a Best Offer. Once the buyer pays, you can ship all 4 items using combined shipping, and refund any postage overage.
