why are they allowed to take all fees right away and put account in negative status, and then put my sold otem on hold well aftwe it was delivered. does no one else see the problem with express payout for another fee. this is crap.

New Sellers can have their funds held for up to 31 days and unfortunately eBay does not explain that very well when a new Seller starts their eBay account. Transaction holds | eBay

I have never used Express payouts, my account is set up for Weekly payouts which is every Tuesday. The proceeds from sales are sent to by bank account for free. You can turn Express payouts off on this page: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
