Why are there limits on what you price an Item?

I am not on the seller Hub but I have been a small seller but sometimes Expensive prices. When I tried to list $14,000 I was prevented listing. I am confused why I cannot price an item @ the price I want to set????

Have you linked a checking account and had it verified? How a seller gets paid may have changed since you last sold on eBay. If you don't have this set up yet then your limit may be very low. You want to have it set up before you sell an item so you can get paid. Note that funds for sales of items over 1k are held for 30 days for all sellers.

Also adding a back up payment for selling costs in addition to the linked and verified checking account can help your selling limits. Enter your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
AND Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs.
