·2 years agoBecause you (or someone with access to your eBay account) made a Best Offer on that item for $273.73 (plus sales tax--shipping is "Free" for that listing) pre-authorizing automatic payment from a particular funding source for shipment to a particular address. The seller accepted the offer Sat, Apr 6 at 11:45 AM and the price etc. was paid automatically at that time.
