The seller has emailed me that the returned item would be credited to my credit card account but after more than a month no credit had been issued. In another email yesterday the seller informed me that eBay would have to review the refund action. Since contacting eBay their AI response needs to utilize an upgrade to their performance. I asked several times for eBay to assist in this matter but they seem to be unable or unwilling to provide assistance for their Money Back Guarantee.
