Why are my payouts taking 7 days?

Question

My payouts were taking 2 days after delivery and now they changed to 7 days after delivery. Why would this happen? I have 100% positive feedback and no problems.

Technically, one Neutral Feedback does not constitute "no problems" electronically where eBay is concerned. I suspect it has more to do with the fact that you are a relatively new Seller and a low Feedback count (54) at the time of this writing.

Have you shipped things later than your stated Handling time? That results in a Late shipping defect each time it happens.

Have you Cancelled any sales for any of the 3 reasons eBay provides on the cancellation flow?

eBay has algorithms that monitor account activity and something triggers their Payment Holds ... we do not have any info on exactly what can trigger a hold time extension like you are experiencing.

In addition to what Mr. Lincoln wrote did you refuse a return request because of your No Returns policy? If you did you violated ebay's Money Back Guarantee policy, No returns only applies to buyer's remorse (Found it for less, Did not fit when a size is given, changed my mind... etc) reasons.
