Why are MY Items being marked as FAKE by e-bay when IDENTICAL Items are being sold by other!
I purchased an entire stock of Betsey Johnson Pendants/Necklaces from a Brick & Morter Store. The owner's husband got cancer and passed away, she got sick and closed her store.
ALL pieces have the SIGNED METAL HEART TAG attached to the extension chain and include the Pink & Black Signed Paper Logo Tag.
I started listing these in May. My Main Photo show both the Heart & Pink Tag on the Main Photo and again on the Second Photo where I show the Size Measurement and Both Tags. There are Identical Pieces being sold on e-bay to all of my listings. YET in the past 3 months, e-bay has flagged FOUR of mine as FAKE! As of Today, My Account is Suspended for 3 Days.
In my Resolve e-mail, I have uploaded photos of the other Listings and Sold listings showing e-bay the other sellers listings.
I have tried several times to speak to an agent so I can understand why MY LISTINGS are being selected as FAKE while others are not. I am NO using any special names, Like Donald Duck, etc. in my listings!! I just want to understand WHY???
How do I find out WHY? What am I doing wrong?? Can anyone help me understand what is going on?
