Why are my funds still on hold when item was received over two weeks ago?
I’ve been in contact with buyer and they are very satisfied with item and posted an A+ positive feedback report. Doesn’t seem right for eBay to hold funds.

New Sellers or low activity accounts have their funds held for up to 30 days. You can read about that here: Payments on hold | eBay
