Why are my available funds always be in the negative.
Why every time I check my available funds for the items I've sold and shipped I always see -$22 or negative whatever price I sold the items for? Im just guessing because eBay made me set up a payout date but I use to have some funds available to cash out just in case of an emergency. Please help!!!!
