Why are items I didn't view popping up in my "Recently Viewed" page?

No matter how many times I refresh the page, I cannot get this particular listing to go away. I did NOT view this item or others like it, so why is it that every time I open up eBay, I'm seeing listing like this show up in my "Recently Viewed" section? Am I being hacked? Is this normal? If it is normal, is there a way to fix it?
