why are both me the seller and the buyer both charged for shipping?

i just sold an item - ebay charged both me and the seller for a shipping label. I feel this is an error but donâ€™t know how to have it fixed?

The buyer pays eBay. eBay pays the seller. The seller pays the shipping service, because the seller is the one that has a package that needs to be shipped.
