Why am I getting charged for canceling an order
Somebody bought these shoes from me, but then I realized that I was out of stock so I have to cancel the order but it’s telling me that I already shipped them (when I didn’t) and that I need to pay an extra eight dollars. This is ridiculous. I will not be paying that fee Can somebody help!

Mentor1 year agoSold the shoes you sold on July 18 were out of stock, but now you have another active listing up for the same item? If you printed the shipping label for this item, you need to cancel/void the shipping label. Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
