Why am I constantly getting this page drop down whenever I open ‘My eBay’ in Safari?

It prevents me from viewing anything other than this page leaving no option other than to close it down, effectively preventing me from using Safari to search eBay. It does not happen in other Browsers.

You are on the Ebay U.S. site. Since you are located in Australia, you will need to use the Ebay Australia site to seek advice/help.
