Why am I being charged my max bid amount instead of one increment over the second highest bidder.
Winning bid amount I entered a maximum bid of $128.00
The bid history shows:
WINNING BID: $128.00
Bid History:
Me $128.00
Me $128.00
Me $ 97.99
Second highest bidder $96.99
And then all the other bidding activity below as normal
Why am I being charged my max bid of $128.00 instead of the $97.99, one dollar increment over the next highest bidder of $96.99?
This isn't the first time this has happened. I've just paid it in the past without question. This doesn't seam right. What do I do? Can anyone help me?
