Why am i being charged for shipping when i accept an offer for an item where buyer should pay.
Why am i being charged for shipping when i accept an offer for an item where buyer is responsible to pay the shipping cost. Very frustrating when you can never talk to a person concerning a problem on e Bay.

Mentor9 months agoIf you charge for shipping, the buyer will pay that shipping costs as well as the cost of the item.
That money will be processed by eBay and paid out as scheduled.
You are then responsible for buying the shipping label from those funds.
If you ship the item using eBay shipping, you can use those funds to pay for the shipping label.
