Why am I always getting charges extra shipping cost by UPS after the fact?
I have made four sales over the past few months, and I've chosen UPS as the shipping option due to drop off location and cost. However, I've gotten charged additional cost after the items are delivered. I always round up the weights on my items, and the dimensions are always precise or also slightly overstated. So this makes no sense.
Why are they charging these extra fees? If their published shipping rates aren't correct, fix them. If it's something else, please let me know. I can't justify using them anymore despite the convenience of their location and what I think are the best rates. And yes - I've made sure my shipping scale is reading accurately.
