Why all of a sudden the E-Bay check out system has become so challenging to use?
I have been a E-Bay member since 2006 and all of a sudden I am having trouble paying for Won items at the E-Bay check out . First time I won a item from a dealer and was looking at a second item to by in a couple hours 3 that was listed and if I won it i could receive combined shipping on the 2 items a little while later I receive an E-mail saying I had been automatically charged the amount to my Pay Pal credit card account? So their was no way I could receive any combined shipping ?
The second Issue I had was I just won a item from a dealer and went to the check out system to pay for it using an E-Bay Gift Card I went through the usual process ( yes I put in the correct card number) and the system said everything was fine the all of a sudden it charges my Pay PAL credit card again? Anyone have any idea what going on? Or am I just the only one dealing with these issues?

Mentor1 year agoeBay has changed the way auctions and offers work. Now eBay lets sellers determine whether a payment method is required to place a bid or make an offer, and if so, eBay will charge the buyer when the auction is won or the offer is accepted. Because eBay places a reversible payment hold on the payment method, not all payment methods are available for those offers or auctions.
