·4 months ago“We” are a small group of buyers and sellers who were vetted to be mentors and help people with eBay problems. We have nothing to do with your account.
That being said, we would need to know more to give a complete answer. Is it just one seller or more than one? What type of message do you get? Do you have any unpaid items on eBay? How many items have you purchased recently?
