WHre do I find return label?
I sold a purse, buyer said it didn't look like photo. I approved a retun and think I bought a return label. she cannot find it nor can I. WHere would I find record of this?

Mentor9 months ago@mfalcon5fish. Once you issue a refund the buyer can no longer access the eBay return label. Always get the item back then refund.
You won't be charged for the label from the request since it was not scanned at the post office.
You will need to send the buyer a shipping label in eBay messages as a jpg image. Buy the label from PIrateship.com, they charge the same price as eBay.
