Who's paying for shipping?

Hey Ebay community. Why is my listing saying "buyer pays" for shipping when I selected seller pays? I checked the listings and I did push the button for "Seller pays".Thanks

I see 4 active listings. Each one states Free Shipping. That means the buyer pays item price + sales tax. You get the item price less the final value fee. You pay for the shipping from the item price received.

The seller always pays. The buyer can’t pay directly because they don’t have possession of the package. The buyer pays shipping costs to the seller and the seller uses that to pay the actual shipping.
