This is happening way too much lately, it says the seller is from Los Angeles,CA and it says the ladies name, which her pet store is also in the name, but then after you purchase and it shows you the details the name comes up completely different with like 100 constanents and the seller is from China, I want to support only U.S. sellers.

Mentor1 year ago@gmule35 Here are some tips to avoid bad sellers that lie about their location AND how to file refund requests if needed.
Go to the listing and report the seller for location violation if the tracking shows it's coming from another country other than stated on the listing. The report option is on the right hand side above the description box.
Choose these options from the report screen>
Listing practices > Other listing practices > Item location misrepresentation
Since sellers in other countries do sometimes have warehouses in the US eBay does not know that the sellers are violating policy unless they are reported.
#1 Check the sellers feedback page to see what country they live in AND what the feedback they have received says.
#2 Never expect a package sooner than the last estimated delivery date. If the delivery time is very long then it's most likely coming from another country.
3. You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee>
If the item arrives and is not as described then you file a return request. Sellers pay return shipping for items that are not as described no matter WHERE they are located, even if in another country.
OR file a not received refund request when it's at least one day past the LAST estimated delivery date.
The reason could be "Item is defective", "Arrived damaged", "Missing Parts" OR "Doesn't Match photos and description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.
Select the return item button on this page:

4 business days after filing the refund request if the seller has not issued a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
The seller will not be able to provide a return label since they are located in another country.
The seller then has the choice of sending you the money to pay return shipping to your PayPal account OR refunding you without a return of the item. Do NOT pay return shipping yourself and expect to be refunded for it after the item is returned even if an agent says to do this as eBay can not force a refund from the seller for more than the original sale price.
99% of the time a seller in another country will refund without a return of the item.
Returns to CHINA MUST be shipped via Priority Mail. If the country is NOT on this list it must ship via Priority Mail>

If you do have to buy a return label with the funds the seller provided then you must enter the tracking number into the return request so you will have proof of the return.
Adding tracking to your return
Adding tracking details to your return helps protect against delays or issues in the refund process. If you use an eBay returns label, tracking details are automatically uploaded.
Here's how to add the tracking information to your return if you're using your own return shipping label:
Go to the return request in Purchase History.
Select the shipping carrier from the dropdown list. If you select Other, enter the carrier name.
Enter the tracking number.
Select Mark as sent.
