Who to return money to
An eBay order tracking showed as delivered, but I did not receive it. I reported it to my post office and waited until the date they stated it would be resolved by, and I reported it not received to the eBay seller. Seller/ebay refunded my money quickly. That same afternoon the postal service delivered the item they’d somehow found. Do I need to refund the seller or eBay? It’s only around $15, but I don’t want to defraud anyone.

Mentor4 days ago@suedawg95 Thank you for being an honest buyer. The seller MAY be refunded by eBay if they used an eBay shipping label and refunded you willingly from a refund request case before eBay stepped in.
Reach out to the seller. You can send a payment via an electronic method or snail mail a check. The seller can't reverse the refund.
