    who refunds the buyer's sales tax, the seller or ebay?
                     

    I need to issue a full refund to a buyer including the shipping. Do I also include the sales tax that was charged by eBay or does eBay refund that to the buyer?

    @firstchurchseller  eBay will refund the sales tax AND your sellers fees as long as you willing refund a buyer for an item.  If eBay has to force a refund then you don't get your sellers fees back and get a defect.
