who pays to return a damaged item
I ordered a CD player and it arrived damaged. The seller refunded my money but wants me to pay to ship the item back to him. I refused as I am not responsible for his poor packing and shipping. Shouldn't he pay for the return? He says he has insurance; so he can get reimbursed from them.
