Who pays shipping on a return?
I am the seller. The buyer claims the jacket she bought from me was too small. My listing stated measurements of the jacket. Am I responsible for shipping charges, returns and original shipping charges?

Mentor1 year ago@avidorange. I just wanted to add that you can withhold the original outbound shipping cost IF it's a remorse return reason since you charged separate shipping.. such as doesn't fit.

Mentor1 year agoIs this for the Jessica Simpson jacket? Your listing states free returns, so regardless of the reason, you pay for the return shipping. Once you get it back and refund the buyer, relist the item. It will sell again.
