Who pays shipping expenses?
Hi All - sorry for the basic question but since this is my first time listing a product on Ebay, I uploaded a rate card and entered a flat rate. Since I've been reading conflicting information, I wanted to be 100% certain that the buyer will pay for the shipping expenses now that I entered the amount on the rate card, not me. Thanks for your help.

Mentor2 years agoI don't know what a rate card is, but you should set up your shipping parameters to use calculated shipping based on the weight and dimensions of the package. That way, each buyer will see the cost to his location.

The shipping cost looks why too low. You'll want to edit your listing before someone buys as you'll have to honor the cost shown on the listing if someone buys it.
