Who pays reshipping
The buyer of one of my items previously ordered it, but didn't pay even after eBay and I both contacted them. I relisted. He ordered again and won the bid. After I had shipped the item, they asked to change the delivery address. after it shipped. Now, I have been contacted and am told the package is being asked to reship it. Who pays shipping?

Mentor6 months ago@northshorepeddler You can NOT change the address after an item is shipped or you lose your seller protection for tracking proof of delivery.
In the future I recommend adding bad buyers to your blocked list so they can't cause you anymore issues.

When/ IF the item is returned to you then you can refund the item price ONLY and relist it. You can allow the buyer a 3rd try to buy it if you wish. Personally since they already had two tries I wouldn't.
