Who Pays For Return Shipping
eBay's website says I pay for return shipping if I'm returning the item because I changed my mind and IF THE SELLER'S RETURN POLICY STATES THAT THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING. But in my case the seller's listing says that the seller pays for return shipping. Is that only if the item is not in the advertised condition or doesn't arrive on time? Their listing doesn't say that. If it arrives on time and advertised condition, do I have to pay the return shipping (regardless of what I read on eBay's website)? In my case the seller's listing says that the seller pays the return shipping. However, I told them that I need to return the item and they're saying that since it arrived on time and in stated condition, I have to pay the return shipping.

It depends on the reason for the return.
It sounds like you just changed your mind and wish to return the item, correct?
If so, that is considered a remorse return, and you would pay the return shipping… UNLESS your seller has a 30- or 60-day free returns policy, in which case the seller pays for returns for any reason.
You can check the item listing, and this information should be visible.
