I use Free 30 day returns on all of my items so I pay the return shipping. Sellers can have settings where Buyers pay for return shipping or set their items for No returns accepted (NOT Recommended). That last setting is NOT fool proof and some Sellers "think" they will not ahve to accept a return or issue a refund but reality is that eBay has work arounds for Buyers when an item is purchased with No returns accepted so I do NOT recommend using that setting. While it "might" make sense for some items I don't use it. Some members will come here and say it is a good setting ...
