The man who called me to solve issue with return label which unhelpful, and very combative , telling me I need to wait another 5 days for label, in other words I was told shipping label could not be generated on sellers end, and the customer service guy called him a liar. He was no help, and I asked for a supervisor and he refused. I was and am still livid over the terrible customer service. This would change my mind of ever selling on here. I have been on here since 2001.
