Who is responsible for item received broken?
I sold a courier and Ives plate and the buyer says it was Brooke when they received it. They do mention that I packaged it very well and fragile was on the outside of the package but they didn't send a picture

·1 year agoThe seller is responsible to deliver the item to the buyer in the condition as described.
Have they opened a case with eBay?
Words on the outside of the package are of no use ,machines cannot read.
