Who is responsible for an item lost in the mail.

Haven't received my item yet. Should have been here a week ago. Tracking number may have stopped today, I'll wait Longer just want to know if it doesn't show, who takes the loss, buyer or seller?

If lost in the mail, the seller and/or ebay will take care of it, but after the estimated delivery date passes you must file a Item Not Received claim to let them know here:
