Who is responible for a pkg delivered by UPS to a mailroom of an apartment where I don't reside?
The apartment says it is up to the driver to retrieve the pkg. They wouldn't even check the mailroom. Ebay you screwed me when by taking the proof of delivery of signature of an unknown person who works at an apartment complex up the street. Delivery means to my house
