Who is at fault Ebay or Seller
I bought Dell PC for $387 order number 09-12910-18053 from 5 star vendor techleaf. I wrote a message to seller about no Original Windows 11 docs with serial number and ynable to get VGA with PC side female ( Cable). But I realized that when I click contact for seller a different order # 09-12910-18053 for $187 pops up. So if I return I get only $187 back. If I send message I am not sure if Techleaf gets message or not or it shows coming from whoever ordered $187 PC from them.
Is this ebay coding error or Vendors? Techleaf did not reply to my 2 messages. I request seller tracks my messages from both order numbers above and process my return.
I also reported as technical issue.
Is there any Amazon like Ebay customer service?
