Who is a top class action lawyer for a class action against ebay?
I have a complaint with ebay that I believe cost me $$ and cost thousands of other ebay users also.

Here's a quote from eBay's User Agreement, item 19, Legal Disputes,
with pertinent phrases underlined:

"3. Waiver of Class and Representative Actions and Non-Individualized Relief
EACH OF US MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE, OR COLLECTIVE BASIS, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR PROCEEDING, NOR OTHERWISE TO SEEK RECOVERY OF LOSSES OR DAMAGES (WHETHER FOR YOURSELF OR OTHERS) INCURRED BY A THIRD PARTY, AND THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE BE BROUGHT, HEARD, ADMINISTERED, RESOLVED, OR ARBITRATED ON A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE BASIS. You might want to see if there is an Attorney Referral process through your state or county's Bar Association.
Item 19, Legal Disputes, in eBay's User Agreement is very, very complex. You certainly can read through it yourself, but an attorney will help you understand some of the more "legal-speak" provisions.
