Who has to pay for reshipping item if it was the buyer's -fault insufficient address
a package couldn't be delivered to buyer because she didn't enter correct address
The package was returned to a buyer and the seller asked to reship it. Who has to cover a cost of shipping label?

Mentor8 months agoI suggest you file a Cancellation for Problem with buyer's address. Refund the item price only. Relist the item, send the new item number to the buyer. Buyer repurchases and this time makes sure the SHIP TO address is correct.
