eBay adds automatic feedback after a certain period of time if tracking shows delivery and the buyer does not complain or leave feedback. If the buyer chooses to leave feedback later, the buyer's feedback replaces the automatic feedback.
To see automatic feedback, go to a seller's feedback page. There should be a count of automatic feedback there, but to see the feedback it may be necessary to check a box to show it and also change the sort order to "most recent".
