I am a new Seller, and I need to know more about the handling of my buyers address where I ship their purchases, how does that work? Please help.

Your buyer selects or enters their delivery address when they pay through eBay checkout. That address will show on your order details. That is the only address you should ship to.
If your buyer wants to change it, politely say that is not possible, and offer to cancel theoir purchase for them.
