Mentor1 year agoThe seller opts into the ebay International Shipping when creating the listing. When the buyer pays, ebay sends an invoice that includes item price + shipping to the EIS hub + sales tax + international shipping + customs fees. ebay then sends item price + domestic shipping less FVF to the seller. Seller ships to the EIS hub. If any problems arise, ebay will then take care of it.
