Who else have problems with "Lable created but waiting item to be shipped?
Some of the Sellers get your money then create a shipping/tracking number and sit back and drink their beer and smoke whatever they smoke and let your item(s) just sit until they feel like getting up and go ship it!!They make you wait after you even after you paid for shipping..This is not business..it's laziness!! It is time for it to stop and make them do their job..You have paid them to do it so speak up and have them do it instead of making us the Buyers wait and wait!! It is understandable but when you purchase an item or two and after a purchase..three to five days later a response is "I thought I had it or the item I have is damaged" but a shipping lable been created and whoever is suppose to have your item(s) is awaiting on the item(s)? It takes 10-15 seconds to transact your payment but 5-10 days to get your refund!! Take it down if you do not have it or it's sold already..Our time is money too!!

There is no benefit to a seller printing a label early and then waiting to ship.
Either the seller gets an acceptance scan from the shipping service before the end of the seller's stated handling time, or else eBay considers the item to have been shipped late, and the seller's "on time" shipping record takes a hit.
Not all sellers are professional sellers. Keep that in mind.
Different sellers have different handling times and different performance, though. If you need your item quickly, you may want to specifically choose a seller with a low handling time and a good feedback record for delivering what was described on time.
