WHO ELSE FINDS THE EBAY GUARANTEE A HUGE PILE OF NOTHING. EVEN WITH PROOF OF FRAUD.
The ebay shop with confidence seems to be a big pile of nothing. I sent them proof from the USPS Postmaster in my town who printed a document proving that the tracking number used by a seller
.... was used on 2 different shipments. Unfortunately the item I purchased which was a blue ceramic bird bath as a Christmas gift for my husband never arrived at my address, but the USPS Tracking number the fraudster used, showed delivered. Yet with this ebay guarantee, no one ever looked at my scanned proof that the tracking number was for a different address - NOT MINE. I'm out $163.06 AND the GIFT. But they took the fraudsters word without ever looking at my emailed report. Then I get a compassionate email from someone named Cyril who said to be patient and that ebay does not tolerate fraud. That was a few days before Christmas. I have never ever heard back from Cyril. Maybe he got terminated. It says below, get the item you ordered or get your money back. Ha Ha Ha. What a joke. But I'm working with my Citibank dispute department and while they took ebays "GUARANTEE" that my item was delivered, I'm not going to accept this FRAUD by their ebay seller who mostly sells a bunch of small stuff under $25.00 - crap he picks up at garage sales or something. I'm going to also delete my ebay account and I was buying quite a bit of stuff in the past year. But no one lifted a finger at ebay to really see that seller is very dishonest or totally stupid - DID NOT READ MY PROOF FROM USPS. I'm done with ebay's ridiculous "guarantee" unless they refund my money from the Israelie and offer an apology for totally scamming me out of $163.06. Yes, I'm **bleep**. At the end of all of this, if I don't get my money back, I will ROAST EBAY on google business and a blog article and anything I can do to point to the JOKE of their ebay guarantee - "get the item you ordered or get your money back'. They'd rather let some con job tell them that they shipped the item and that it shows delivered. YEP! ebay. Thats what con men do. They CON PEOPLE. So what you gain by believing seller - you will lose in sales from me.

OP1 year agoIf anyone from ebay is reading the above message, you can easily check the several pages of information including the U.S.P.S. Postmaster print out that would be associated with the ODEDBENDAVID seller item - blue ceramic bird bath. You don't have to wonder "oh I wonder if she actually sent the information". Um yes, I did. And if you were in my shoes, you'd be ticked off as well because my husband talked me into shopping more on ebay for the prices instead of AMAZON - but I've never been the victim of fraud on Amazon.
Fix this and I will remove all my posts. Ignore it at your own peril. (LOSING A GOOD HONEST CUSTOMER WHO BUYS STUFF).
