So when I contacted him about one of his parts breaking, and was gonna need it warranted. He said send me pictures and we will go from there, I did that and nothing been 2 weeks. And then I find out that he blocked me right after he sent the message.
Yes it did say it had a 1 year warranty, yes I did contact them thru email last week just waiting on a response. Went thru ebay, said they couldn't do anything cuz it was passed 30 days

You said "yes I did contact them thru email". Who is "them"?
Only the original buyer of the item (the Ebay seller) has access to the warranty.
Unless the item purchased is brand new, never owned from a dealer licensed to sell the product … it should be assumed there are no warranties on Ebay products.
Did you buy a third party warranty?
Have you contacted the brand name company? The manufacturer?

Ebay sellers cannot issue warranties unless they are a licensed authorized dealer for the company that sells the item.
If you received a defective item, you have 30 days from date of delivery to file an Ebay Return Request.

Did the listing indicate that the item came with a warranty, and did it specify how to use the warranty?
Have you contacted the company (not the seller) for help if the item was still under warranty?
Have you gone through Ebay's Return Request process, or filed a dispute through Paypal or your credit card company?
