Where's the NEGATIVE FEEDBACK for buyers ...
I'm pretty tired of non-paying buyers, they don't care, no red flag on their stats for all to see (or am I incorrect), then I can't even leave negative feedback for them. I want that RED flag rating, so all can see how relentless they are. Seems that eBay only takes action when a prescribed number of strikes have accumulated. This is nonsense. Trump gets away with it, nothing's going to happen here either. When are we going to be treated equally.

Two strikes, and a buyer will be blocked from buying from any seller who sets his preferences to auto-block buyers with two or more strikes within a year.
Negative feedback doesn't stop non-payers. The way to stop them is to cancel the transactions for non-payment when the buyer doesn't pay and the auto-blocks that prevent them from buying from you.

Mentor3 years agoeBay does not allow negative feedback for buyers. Few if any retailers allow their buyers to be rated publicly at all, much less negatively rated, for obvious reasons.
Even back many years ago when it was possible to give negative feedback to buyers, such negatives rarely helped sellers avoid problems, and often lead to other problems. Buyers are the ones that initiate transactions on eBay, and sellers can only cancel for a very limited number of specific reasons without penalty.
Preemptively blocking is much preferable to "flagging".
If a buyer does not pay, after four days you can cancel the transaction for nonpayment to give the buyer a strike and prevent feedback from being left. If you cancel earlier or for other reasons, the buyer will not get a strike.
Add the user to your Blocked Buyer List to prevent that particular user from bidding on or buying any more of your listings, regardless of what other sellers do.

Be sure to set your Buyer Requirements to preemptively block bids or purchases from users with two or more unpaid item strikes in the last year.
You can avoid unpaid items by listing your item for a fixed price with immediate payment required and by not accepting offers.
