Where's The Correct Refund Payment?
Summary: wasemame is seeking clarification on an eBay transaction where a return was requested but the item was not returned. Although eBay closed the case and released the hold, they received only $53.24 instead of the full $100.08, noting this amount included another recent sale. They are questioning the discrepancy in the payout.
Can I get an eBay opinion or some kind of answer on the transaction detailed below?
A buyer requested to return an item for a refund.
I was told my funds are on hold until this request is resolved.
Until the request is resolved, the transaction amount $100.08 will be withheld from future payouts.
The buyer never returned the purchased item, and eBay closed the case and released the hold.
The transaction amount was $100.08, so, why did eBay only send me $53.24 which included the payment of a $20.75 sale from 4-days-ago.

If you tried to stick to your No Returns policy, then eBay is going to hold your funds.
No Refunds only applies to buyers who want to return items using a buyer's remorse reason Bought the wrong item, Found it for less, changed my mind... etc.
Did the buyer file a dispute for the item and was the reason for the return because of damage, not working, wrong item sent... and you did not send them a return shipping label then ebay will hold your funds. That is spelled out in their Money Back Guarantee (MBG) policy link below.

Your funds from other sales will be placed on hold until you fully refund the buyer if you have already transferred the fund out of your account. You can learn about transaction holds in the link below.
