where to get legal help against ebay for fraud on a product return
We still are trying to correct the issue on being charged twice for a single purchase. We had ordered two sets of the same item and had to return one set, which we have not received a charge credit for. Someone says that the case was closed without the refund being processed! I can show that one of the items was returned to the seller and all the steps of the process were followed. I can also show that the refund has never been made by ebay. Whoever at ebay fails to see, that the refund process was not completed on ebays end. I have received an email from an ebay employee named Anya that fails to see the error and will not aknowledge this case any further. Please let me know how to respond or to seek legal advice. The price at the time was four hundred forty- nine dollars and seven cents, which has never been refunded.

Mentor3 years agoWhen tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, you go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund. If you don't do that, the case closes automatically after a number of days.

Depending on how you paid, it could take a few weeks to a full billing cycle for the refund to show up.
