Where to find proof of a Partial Shipping Refund made to a buyer?
We made a Partial Shipping Refund to a buyer. Buyer states he has not received it. Where can I find proof it was made. Don't see it on the closed order details.

OP1 year agoMorning...thanks for the quick reply....I was looking at that page but no mention of the refund.
Refunded again...checked this page again and there were the partial refund details....likely a glitch in the Matrix. ðŸµ
