Where to change the duration time of a listing?

Question

I was always able to give my listings a time limit. Now it just posts for one month. Did I miss something? Did something change? It's been a couple of months since I have listed anything.

ALL fixed-price listings have been required to be "Good 'til Cancelled" for several years now (they autorenew every month unless and until they end sooner by the action of a buyer buying or the seller manually ending the listing). Auctions format listings have a duration from 1 to 10 days set at listing (and those durations can only be revised during the first hour or two).
